Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26.
Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource.
The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.
Bellevue Gold has the ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project by 2026. This will be underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, with a forecast 70-80% renewable energy penetration rate.

Job Description
The focus of this role is to provide technical support for mine production.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Function:
Delivery of short-term schedules in alignment with direction provided by the Planning Department.
Establishment of company procedures, standards and templates for the technical services department.
Support operation through the delivery of safe and efficient Production plans (Drilling, charging, remote bogging).
Assist with the implementation of infrastructure projects and required instructions.
Assist the Mining Manager as required, support on a variety of tasks including technical work and statutory appointments as required.
Ventilation Surveys, monitoring, and compliance.
Regular Underground inspections.
Underground Manager ticket coverage when required.
Organising short-term/daily activities with onsite contractors and technical staff.
Assisting with validating sections of the onsite contractor claim.
Ensure compliance with WHS (Mining) 2022.
Development and implementation of Safe Systems of Work.
Managing and supporting raisebore and civil works contractors.
Mentoring and developing Production Engineering Team.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
A tertiary degree in Mining Engineering
First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate preferable
Solid experience in mining engineering
Deswik competency
Production Experience
Managing and developing teams
Managing contractors
Well-developed communication and literacy skills
Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills
Underground Mining experience
Business acumen gained within an operational mining environment
Full knowledge of Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
Outstanding analytical skills
WA based with experience of local area
Highly skilled written and verbal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
